  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into thin strips

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: slice the cucumber and bell peppers into thin strips, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely slice the red onion.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus over each whole wheat tortilla.

  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll up each tortilla without squeezing too hard.
