  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Slice sub rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Spoon marinara sauce onto each side of the roll and add 2-3 meatballs per roll.
