  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Add the egg and stir until you have a dough-like consistency. If too crumbly, add an extra tablespoon of mozzarella.
  4. Scoop portions onto the baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
