Instructions

  4. Coat each chicken breast first in olive oil, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  5. Place chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F/74°C).
  6. While the chicken bakes, prepare the sauce by heating sour cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, and dried herbs in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through (about 5 minutes).
