Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

  3. Boil salted water in a pot, add cauliflower florets, and cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Drain cauliflower and transfer to a food processor with roasted garlic cloves. Add butter and heavy cream; blend until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve garnished with chives or parsley.
