  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

  3. Add salmon fillets skin-side down; cook for 5–6 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add frozen peas; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Toss drained pasta into the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
