  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle and roll it up; place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil for the last 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
